Hello! I'm Aakriti Varshney a practicing psychologist in Luxembourg, Europe. I am from India and moved to Luxembourg in early 2016. I have been working as psychologist since 2008. I use techniques like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Technique) and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) to resolve emotional and mental health problems. Also, I have extensively worked in the area of behavioral assessments, training workshops and coaching for multi-national companies and start-ups.
My focus areas are in helping individuals manage and cope with anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, body image issues, personal ineffectiveness and other mental health issues.
