My Approach
When I work with you in a therapy setting, my approach is integrative, which means that I use evidence based techniques and modalities like Cognitive Behavior Techniques, person centered approach and mindfulness depending on the person’s difficulties and goals. I have a deep understanding of cultural identities and keep them in perspective when working with individuals.
In my sessions, I am approachable and friendly. In a gently challenging way, I help people develop more flexible ways of thinking about themselves, their difficulties, and others. I care deeply about my clients, and their well-being is very important to me and this is at the heart of everything I do and every decision I make.
