I don’t use “textbook” answers. I mix a warm, human approach with modern, science-backed techniques to help you make sense of what’s happening. My goal isn’t just to listen, but to give you the practical tools and clarity you need to start feeling like yourself again. No clinical jargon, just real support that works for your life.

My Approach

When we work together, you’re getting more than just a listener—you’re getting a partner in your well-being. My approach is integrative, which means I don’t just stick to one “textbook” method. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered techniques to find what actually works for your life.
As a trained Sexologist, I also help individuals and couples navigate the often-hushed topics of intimacy, desire, and sexual health. Whether you’re looking to rekindle a connection or understand yourself better, I provide a safe, jargon-free space to talk openly.
I truly “get” the expat life because I live it, too. With my South East Asian roots and my own experience moving abroad, I understand the unique pressure of building a life away from home. I keep your cultural identity at the heart of everything we do.
In our sessions, I’m warm, approachable, and friendly. I’ll gently challenge you to look at your difficulties from new angles, helping you find more flexible ways to think about yourself and others.
I care deeply about my clients; your well-being isn’t just a goal, it’s the heartbeat of every decision I make in my practice.

  • Individual session is 45-50 minutes each 
  • I work with Adults who are Expats, NRIs, PhD Students, LGBTQ+
  • Sessions are available in-person & online in English & Hindi Language
  • Appointments available for individuals based in Luxembourg, Europe, U.K or India
  • Fees: 120€ / 80£ / 3000₹ per session
  • No shows for therapy sessions are chargeable
